Your Acupuncture First Visit

The Intake
We’ll start by talking about your primary concern, goals for treatment and health history. This will be a thorough conversation to gather a complete picture of our health, and align on your goals
The Treatment
You’ll then relax on on our treatment table while your acupuncturist provides an customize acupuncture treatment, along with any other modalities they feel would enhance the healing abilities of the treatment. You’ll rest for 30 minutes.
The Plan
Following your first visit, your acupuncturist will provide you with a clear treatment plan that outlines your goals for treatment, the recommended number of sessions, and your Chinese Medicine Dianogsis. You’ll always receive diet and lifestyle advice, along with a herbal prescription if deemed application
